GolfersTrunk.com is committed to providing products of quality and value, and we back this commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase an item from us you may return it to us for an exchange or full refund so long as it is NEW and UNUSED and in its original packaging.
The following products may NOT be returned:
- Special orders
- Custom ordered golf clubs
- Personalized items
Returns must be completed within 15 days of your receipt of the merchandise. All return shipping charges must be prepaid unless purchase qualified for Free Returns and we provide you a Prepaid Shipping Label. We will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D. Please include a copy of your receipt and enclose the slip in the original shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, email address, order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Defective Product
All golf clubs have a 1-year manufactures warranty. If a club becomes broken during normal usage please call or e-mail us to set up a Return Authorization. Soft goods such as golf gloves are subject to normal wear and tear, but can be found to have defects. Please call or e-mail the store if you have a problem.
Shipping & Delivery
GolfersTrunk.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. For Domestic orders please allow 7-10 business days for items to arrive. Additionally, GolfersTrunk.com ships merchandise to Canada and all other international locations. Customers must please allow appropriate amount of time 2-3 weeks for items to arrive to international addresses.
All products shipped via UPS, Fed Ex or United State Postal Service. Special requests can be made for any customer that wants to use their own account numbers from one of these carriers to have their product shipped to them.
